Our Industry Won!

YEAH ! The wellness Industry WON !!! muahahahaha...we rule haha :) and yes, i'm typing this in e-plaza now, the home computer just crashed! horrid, overnight...the system just went mad!
Cd drive cannot detect cd, Zip disc stuck, internet cannot use, worm virus, i shall just hope that it remains like this now...don't let anything funny happen. Technology... my home phone also, another item in the crazy tech list.

Can't detect the cd

Damn...my computer's drive for cds can't work! it just won't detect the cds...and when i try to install the drive again, i realise that the programme is in the form of a cd too! they should really so something to these programmes for installation...
Lucky for me, i still have a discman!

Sunday!

Just adopted a pet tiger! (at 7.54 pm) haha (blue one) and its name is "sinaj" pronounced as "see-nach" hahaha ooh, and i trim my eyebrows today! this is the 4th time...but this time, the lady did create a shape for me HAHAHA, so there's an arc haha, she said i didn't need to draw my eyebrows or anything cause they are dark enough!
I also bought this cool shirt, brown with pink dots!!! very nice...might wear it to school tomorrow :) and yes, i'm so dead, tutorials not done and here i am looking at Sinaj! haha and there's apprentice later...i think i can just run to the wall.
Oh, my er jie brought home a lot of cool cds YEAH !!! muahahaha...

secondary school?

woah! we (Hui, Lynn and me) wore our sec sch uniform today haha :) and everyone was like "hey school tour is at atrium" haha and the web tech teacher was like..."er, is this the way you welcome visitors?" and Daniel was like "what's going on?" and when i told him that it's sch uniform day he was like "really?" hahaha damn funny...

Oh, and at first we were not planning to get the goodie bag or whatever, we just wore sch u for fun, and then, Daniel showed me this super cool notepad (which is in the goodie bag) with a slider calender for 2006 and 2007!!! he said he faked his identity and went to register for the bag, and "chao" halfway telling the person incharge that he wanted to go toilet (but never return) haha and oh, when the person asked him for his ic, he said he didn't bring.

So, the rest of us (Hui, Lynn, Leong, ah Hao, Andy, Sponge and me) decided to do the same and register for the bag! haha we watched the animation and "chao" after that. We hurried outta school as we begin to meet more and more of our friends...next, we went to amk for lunch, the carrot cake is super nice! and ah hao treat us to sugar cane hahaha, later our oral comm group went to Mc to discuss our Harry Potter (Potter and friends, Hippo potter, hey! hippo potter mous !!! hahaha) presentation.

We laughed so much that we felt weak...yes, and the person at the counter is weird....way weird. Hello miss, i ordered chococone! don't try to be smart and teach me how to say that..."showshucone" what the hell...something is seriously wrong with her.
Yup, after that i went back to school to get that funky watch i've been thinking of the whole of yesterday!!! so nice, and i got a free bottle of herbal tea!

NYP open house 2006

Guess all the massive advertising (newspaper, magazines, in mrts, bus, on tv and at mrt stations! come see our mini billboard at yck station) did paid off for NYP, quite a lot of people turn up today...oh, i saw this cool watch fro 10 bucks, funky shirt for 12 bucks and my favourite "yoghurt i-scream" too!

PS. Tomorrow is sec sch uniform day muahaha....

Four leaf clovers

History of the four leaf clover:
The four leaf clover is a universally accepted symbol of good luck many years ago. According to legend, Eve carried a four leaf clover from the Garden of Eden.

"The clovers also occupied a position in the cultural life of early peoples. White clover (T.Repens L.) in particular was held in high esteem by the early celts of wales as a charm against evil spirits." (clover science technology. N.L.Taylor, 1985)

Druids held the four leaf clover in high esteem and considered them a sign of luck. In 1620, Sir John Melton wrote:"If a man walking in the fields find any for leaved grass, he shall in a small while after find some good thing."

The mystique of the four leaf clover continues today, since finding a real leaf clover is still a rare occurence and omen of good luck.

Once leaf is for Hope, the second is for Faith, the third for Love and the fourth for Luck.

Why won't the rain stop?

Woah...quite a lot of stuff happened yesterday and today, but i chose to sleep instead of blogging yesterday! haha good weather...for sleeping.
ok, yesterday Hui and i went for Kaira Kwong's campus concert! the whole concert was quite awkward and funny! especially the part she started throwing posters...the poster landed on the right side of the row, and somehow it flipped into the hands of this malay guy! then he was like "huh, i got it" and his friend went "give me that, you also dunno"! we couldn't stop laughing...and ya! the part this student union representative gave out thank you gifts to Kaira and the DJ, she went "xie xie shi jia....hai you ni(she called the DJ ni)"! some representative huh...
Oh, and today haha :) we got our new grouping for the next oral comm project! muahahaha it's us again (Hui, Lynn, HanSheng and me) we're doing on Harry Potter, will definitely be very fun, erm, also more videos and recordings and 2 word chinese-hokkien-teochew-canto games!
Yup, i'll most prob be starting on the new collage some time tonight, after shuang send me the pics!!! be afraid you all...*evil grin* and the POM project is half way done already, only left the small small parts! we rock. Thank you.

Trip to Hui's house!

woah man, i ate the super nice ban mian at changi airport again!!! it's so nice...i am gonna try the western food next time i go there and yup, i'll visit the gallery too :)
Oh, and on the way home me and shuang saw this really funny woman! she was listening to her mp3 and dancing!!! yes...DANCING!!! in the mrt...she's crazy, i couldn't stop laughing, she looked stupid.

End of our oral comm project

We, the orchid people did so well today :) muahahaha...the others can just drool! jk jk well, this is one of the many projects that i've really enjoyed doing. (continued after 15 hours of sleep, time now 9.00am) We managed to have fun and get work done at the same time. I felt like flying when i heard the verdict "you're definitely shortlisted" hahaha
Oh, and after class, we had a mini photo taking session! check it out (just a few)



Alright, gotta go to Hui's house now to chiong management project!!! Projects never seems end.

New Skin

I've got a new skin! as in a new blogskin. I took about 2.5 hours to edit all my old font colours and all! It's finally done...
Anywayz, we finally finished our ppt for oral comm(yesterday night)haha, we (lynn, hilda, han sheng, hui, me) had so much fun yesterday. We were in the free lab from 11am to 9 something pm! haha we played so many fun games...the 2 word chinese game, which evolved into canto, english, hokkien and teochew! Hui recorded the funniest part of the whole thing, should really listen to the recording! oh, and we took a video too!!! hahaha

countdown!!!

Haha just came back home from grandma's place (time now: 2.25am), i should be at RML actually (work schedule: 7pm-4am), but Jasmine ask me and my cousin (Germaine) if we wanted to catch the 11pm bus and go home first since there are not many pple around. We agreed straight away! i couldn't stand the pain in my mouth anymore, Germ say she got slight headache and yup, we were stoning most of the time :)
We missed the transport in the end, cause we were in the changing room and the bus just went away, luckily margaret's son send us back...the way home was er, quite fun eh? haha 4 pple at the back seat!!!
But! haha i met so many old friends today...i saw my direct boss shui lian, mei xin, jag, kumar, robert, shu hui, amy, susan, wei li, ah yat, ah liu, iris, cindy, hema, margaret, "hu xu qiang", ah de and alfred and sososososo many more (oh, made some new friends too)...all my captain's table and bistro peeps haha! you guys made my day!
The whole place was all in all quite happening, with live band, cool songs, and yes a super special foam party! why special? cause the foam will just stay there until it makes contact with water! so i saw this girl carrying the foam around!! hahaha quite funny...
Oh, haha we "kope" the glowing band! don't tell anyone please, and shortly after that we saw mr police and we were like, "man, we're sorry ok" haha jk, we weren't caught, but yup there was mr police! Oh, the Indonesian minister was there too!

Sad part is i couldn't eat, couldn't laugh! hahaha porridge all the way, ok, i swallowed rice too! without chewing! yes, without chewing! Grandma's place was very happening too, with my cousins and all :)
