It's friday manz!
It's friday again! my days at RML are numbered haha! Suppose to go for lunch with ah tat, sam and chun fang, but chun fang got OT so ah tat and sam went themselves, haha...next time we'll go together. Oh, sam says most prob he'll drive on sunday so muahahaha...sunday it'll be! sam kept laughing in the transport!!! i dunno why...haha they call it "tuo xiao" (secretly laugh?)
Tomorrow will be going to Kbox with bh, derrick and derrick's bro...hopefully more pple will go manz...and the thing is i don't kbox, as in, dunno what am i gonna do there, quite out of place. Anywayz today is ah bing's last day!!! aw man, that funny guy is going to Taiwan! "You'll be a great chef!" go for it! haha and ah bing's gonna send me pictorial emails about how he's doing in tw! how cool is that manz.
A lot of us are leaving RML, robert, magaret, seng, bing(left already) and soon all the part timers! We must meet out k people! my very cool F&B and chef friends!

RML
Another day at rml(26/3/06)...well, project superstar guy Hong Jun Yang and family plus Candice had dinner at CT today, haha, table 27! northwest of cashier counter! I typed their bill haha...Jun Yang's dad took care of the bill haha...they ate a la carte dinner. I saw Jun Yang feeding Candice with nuts? haha
Oh and this Indonesian trainee got sucked into the circle of rumours...stupid kumar, anyhow say! Right now...there's like 6 people in that damn circle. Anywyaz, the trainee is super tall...183? ya! that tall...
The later part of dinner...a lot of stuff happened. Rose called from bistro at around 9.32pm? and said that this customer wants to order 30 fried buns and 3 packets of "xiao wo mi xian" from CT; so siew phing hurried to inform the chef...then there was ah liew and robert running up to give order chits..then there's the missing packets of "xiao wu mi xian" and then siew phing got kinda pissed. I dunno what happened later but around 10.15pm in the locker room, siew phing was in tears when rose went to apologies! gosh...what happened?! Rose felt so bad...and i didn't know what to do.
While waiting for the public transport at lakeside, Derrick and i found out a lot of stuff from each other! eh man...shocking but true huh, don't give that face! hahaha well, tomorrow will be a better day! seriously, i don't want to leave rml...so nice working there.

Yours, Mine and Ours
Part timers supposed to meet for a movie today...about 9 of us, but in the end 6 of them "let the pigeon out" only left jeremy, bh and me. saded huh...we watched Yours, Mine and Ours. The movie is ok...won't say it's super nice, but it's funny haha "spanking is never the way" hahaha, oh, and bh cried! yes he did...can't believe it haha!
Then there's this singing competition going on before we even got there, and guess what! after we finished watching the movie...it's still going on! But no longer the kids category. When we came out, it's teenagers? dunno, then there's this person wearing the tag "S5" and cause we were like looking from the top...and bh said "she only cost 5 bucks!" -_-
Then the lonely 3 went to outdoor kopitiam to sit and talk...while waiting for jeremy's rml transport. Gossip alot today haha, then about 5.15pm we walk jeremy to the bus stop to wait for rml transport. Then we saw the ang moh "friend" hahaHAHA. Well, jeremy got into the transport safe haha. That guy works like everyday manz...
Tomorrow will be at rml again, i only have about 2 weeks left there, and i'll definitely miss the place, the people and haha the food! (not canteen food that is...ssSSSSHHHhhh) ah yat says he's gonna throw me into the pool on my last day...haha we'll see who throw who! muahahaha...

No!
Embarrassing is the word...ok, i know i ran away and that's quite er...bad, but chef, you can't do that la, that's so...(can't find a word)for the people involve, how i wish i could dig a hole and bury myself in it. I gave all the excuses i could, i can't believe he actually waited! and kept talking to that sam, and yes that sam waited...siew phing, auntie sharon and qi heng kept laughing...horrid ah! I dunno what am i going to do tomorrow...throw eggs at chef! Please don't do that again...i'm so scared!!!
Good things did happen today too! ah bing made this "special" muffin like cake, his new creation and he told me to try! it's super nice manz...haha the way he said special is so funny :) and haha yesterday he called CT and he said "may i speak to janis" then i was like "ya" then he actually said "speaking ah? (then i heard him tell rose "speaking! then xian zai zen yang?")" damn funny! Then he ask me if i wanted to eat ice kachang, then i said no...he went "bu gei mian zi" hahaha (cause he makes salad, desserts and pastries) then he said must order something...then he started naming all the things...then in the end "ok, wo hui pang ni jun bei, ni xia lai jiu hui you yi ge surprise!" yup, and surprise in the very enthu tone! very funny person.
RML is so fun...haha all the super nice people!

Cafe 211
My day (8/3/06) started with Hui calling me "hello? you wake up already? I just woke up also" haha two crazy us slept at 3 something in the morning! Good thing is we still managed to meet each other on time as planned.
We shop A LOT from bugis to the new icon building and back again. I saw this super nice top (outer layer thing) at the icon building first thing I stepped out of the lift! It is super nice!!! But we could only see from outside cause the shop was not open yet.
Back at bugis, we shop again and took neoprints! Seems ages since out last one...first new print since I cut my hair and since hui wore braces! (girl, you still look very stunning, no worries) While we were decorating our neoprints, this 2 person from Tony&Guy came and tell us that they would like to give us a free haircut! Seriously, I wasn't really listening...no time manz, that neoprint thing kept counting down!
After that, we went back to icon building to check out the store again, and yes! This time it's open! I went and tried the super nice top, it's 49 bucks, but after discount it's $44.90. Hui and I had this mini meeting on whether I should buy the top or not, in the end I bought it! Muahahaha...I couldn't resist.
Then we head down to cafe 211 for dinner...suppose to be just a short walk but haha sorry man hui, I made us stop at the wrong stop! I almost fainted walking for miles with an empty stomach haha...but hmm, it was all worth it. The pasta and the pizza is super nice! Will definitely go there again :)
More shopping continues after dinner, the thing is hui's shoe strap snapped! We wanted to get it fixed but all the uncles are going home...refuse to fix hui's shoe, decided to get home quickly before the front comes off instead. BUT! After the long walk to the bus stop, the front of hui's shoe came off!!! My...and I went back to the building to get hui something nice to wear, long and lonely walk but hey! That's what friends are for.
Yup, and I reached home 1.5 hours later then I could because I wasted 1 hour of my time sitting at the bus stop waiting for a bus which never existed! Horrid...

OFF
I'm off tomorrow!!! yay! and CT made $6800++ today...cool huh haha, tiring at the same time. I'll most prob keep working until 4th April haha then take a break till school starts; And oh my...li yan told me a lot of dark secrets today, well, not really dark but "i know now! and haha yup, i know it" it's quite shocking and yes...i'm very happy hahahaHAHAHA i sound like an idiot haha...but i don't care!

Super Busy
CT was so busy today(6th day at work)! we made about $5000 over, and $4000 over is from dinner alone! only Tony, Siew Phing, Sharon, Tina, wendy and me around! my...the whole place was so chaotic haha. Tony was super funny, he's like "bu ke yi zhuo service ah, xie tan xie lai bu ji" hahaha and i was there billing and billing and typing and closing! and waiting for the weights of all the seafood...haha usually wen quan will report, but tonight haha i was like "long xia de zhong liang chu lai le ma?" then he "ok ok" haha so funny!
At 9.40pm (already 10 mins late) Tony started to ask me to pass him the bills! 20 over tables altogether! then i just keep swiping the cards as they come, and this customer gave cash!!! man...i think that was the fastest i've ever calculated! haha
Then, there's the case of the missing bill, plus order chits! table 17 is just gone!!! but the record shows that i've billed the thing...so we(whole of CT, plus rose and ah chen!)search high and low for it...can't find it. Most porb it's given to the customer by accident.
Didn't make it for the transport too, so we called for a cab at security and HA! we got a merz muahahaha...ah chen and rose send me home first, woah man, thanx guys! it was such a fun ride home haha. Looking forward to working on Monday again :) Next week off wed! yay, can watch america's next top model haha!
