But after that we have to move to a smaller bus for a short ride, cause i guess Freego is too huge for the small roads leading to our hotel? i dunno...

Anyway, every single seat comes with a seatbelt! Singapore should do this too...for the safety of all passengers. I mean, you know how they want everyone to put on our seatbelt in cars, taxi etc...then we should do the same in buses!

Notice the box for scooters! Oh and nobody, NOBODY (at least i didn't see a single one during my 6 days stay) rides a motorcycle there is Taipei...everyone rides a scooter, men, women, boys and girls! And they call it 小绵羊 (dunno which mian izzit, but it means little sheep).

Here we are at our hotel!!!

Our room~~~

Check this out! my sister stepped into the wet cement!!!!!!!!! hahahaha she really did leave her footprint in Taipei~~jk, after we left, we saw a few of the construction workers gathering round the spot and shaking their heads, later in the day, we saw the spot filled with cement again. But i think they should make a better barrier...cause really the cones were so far apart, we cannot really see it.

We took a train from Ximen station (the nearest from our hotel) to GongGuan

Check out their MRT map!

And in the train...they have the 'no drinking from a cup and no eating apple' sign unlike the 'no drinking from a cup and no eating burger' sign we have in Singapore hahaha.
People there are super orderly! they will really wait for passengers to alight first before boarding, and they will actually queue up to board the train! Here in Singapore, even if you wanna be a good citizen and wait for people to get out, those people behind you will give you stares and go "tsk! tskkkk!!!"
And you know how we have priority seats for old people, pregnant women etc...they have that too, and no matter how crowded the train is, no one will seat on those seats! so cool right!

Anywayz, we're here at GongGuan. They have NTU too! National Taiwan University.

And we ate this 大肠包小肠! it's super tasty! there's like sausage, cai por etc etc!

Then we started queuing up for.....

RU(3) WEI(4)!!! (sorry i can't seem to find the correct ru)

Check out the many choices!

Then is the also quite famous dessert stall! we didn't eat it on our first day, but ate it one our fifth day if i'm not wrong...yea, it's not bad!

Then we went back to Ximen and began queuing again!

Really...check out the loonnngggg queue!

Well, everyone's queuing for AY Chung Flour Rice Noodles! This stall is opened since 1975 and is the best mee sua stall in town!

The guy doing all the pro scooping! wonder how is he related to Ay Chung...

And check out the mee sua!!!! It's really delicious i must say...there's like something inside too...think it's some intestine or something, i took a picture of it on day 2...do check that out! I ate a few of those thingy, then i asked my mum "what's that huh?" and she went "dunno" i stopped eating those immediately, must be some 'innards', cause she knows i'm afraid of them. After that, i gave them all to my mum and my da jie! hahaha

And people will just stand around to eat!

We too! hahahahaa

My mum! hahaha no...she didn't eat 2 bowls, she just have to hold mine for me cause i'm taking the picture.

Moi and the mee sua!

And we went back to our hotel to rest a bit and put down the goods we bought...

Then after a while we headed to the super huge 24 hours carrefour just less than 5 minutes away from our hotel!

We bought quite a lot of things!

They don't provide plastic bags!!! lucky for us we brought a bag out just in case...and bought a plastic bag from them!

Remember i said i am gonna buy this vodka back! hahaha

My da jie luggage at the end of the first day! hahaha...unpack state.
That's all for day 1...will update about day 2 soon~~hope this won't end up like the Shanghai update...where i just decided "ai ya...don't update already la" hahaha!
